Course overview


“All that ends well is well.”

We started with White Gumba (Monastery) and we are going to end the series at Ripa Siddhi Gumba or Rigon Tashi Choeling Monastery.

Located somewhat at around 21 Km south from the central Kathmandu, Rigon Tashi Choeling Monastery, Dallu, Pharping, is an important monastery for the practitioners of Vajrayana Buddhists. The race will have two distance, 12 Km for the race and 6 Km for the fun run. You will be sharing the beautiful trails of Pharping with the monks from nearby monasteries, who will also participate in the race.

Highlights: With Loshar just ahead in a  month, our finale ceremony will be preceded by a traditional Tibetan Buddhist music rites performed by the lamas of the monastery.
